Request a neurological consultation
London Veterinary Neurology welcomes enquiries directly from pet owners and referring veterinary surgeons. You do not need a veterinary referral or an established diagnosis to arrange an appointment.
Whether you are concerned about a new problem, seeking a second opinion or looking for ongoing neurological care, we are happy to help. We also welcome patients whose symptoms have not yet been explained or where it is uncertain whether the problem is neurological.
A consultation is a professional service in its own right. Some patients need only an assessment and advice. Others may benefit from further investigations, treatment or long-term care. There is no expectation or commitment to proceed with MRI, surgery or any other service. Each step is discussed and agreed individually.
If a neurological assessment suggests that another discipline would be better placed to help, we will explain our findings and advise on the next steps. We are equally happy to work alongside your usual veterinary practice and share our recommendations with them.

Our team can assist with appointment availability, fees, clinical records and practical arrangements. Clinical advice and treatment recommendations are provided during consultations or as part of ongoing patient care.
For urgent neurological concerns, please telephone LVN. Urgent and emergency appointments can be arranged according to availability. If your pet needs immediate veterinary attention and LVN cannot be reached, please contact your local emergency veterinary service without delay.
